It is by working together that the the Junior League of Gainesville-Hall County makes the most significant impact. Our organization is able to provide time and money to charities that make our community a better place.  In 2001, the Junior League of Gainesville-Hall County provided a Signature Grant of $30,000 to the Boys and Girls Club, and in 2006 a Grant of $50,000 was awarded to Sonrise Camp. In 2011, the JLGHC awarded $50,000 to Gateway Center for Domestic Violence to assist in building additional transitional housing units as a part of their Power of We campaign. In 2015-2016 the Signature Grant amounted to $75,000 and was awarded to two organizations, Edmondson-Telford and Family Promise. In 2020-2021, the Signature Grant amounted to $50,000 and was awarded to four organizations: Rock Goodbye Angel, Children’s Center for Hope and Healing, The Hispanic Alliance, and Northeast Georgia Speech Center.

The Junior League of Gainesville-Hall County is an organization of more than 500 women who, since 1951, have been committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving our community through effective action and the leadership of trained volunteers.

The Junior League of Gainesville – Hall County is affiliated with the Association of Junior Leagues International.
