The American Heart Association’s Northeast GA Go Red For Women Leadership Team in partnership with WomenSource will host an evening of inspiration and education to help you get heart healthy. Women who attend will hear an inspirational heart health story and will participate in three rotations:

• Heart Healthy Meals and Recipes on a Budget (tasting included)
• Heart Healthy Exercises that Fit Your Schedule
• Hands Only CPR Training

The Junior League of Gainesville – Hall County will provide activities for children (K-5th grade)! Kids will also receive a heart healthy dinner.
